• Own the design and implementation of gameplay features from start to finish in the unreal engine.

• Work closely with the CEO, game designer, artistic director and other teams to brainstorm and craft the vision for the game.

• Build clear and concise design specs, collaborating with artists to ensure that technical and visual requirements are met.

• Quickly turn ideas into code, test and iterate prototypes with the product owner, and continuously improve the product in a fast-paced environment.

• Write clear, functional, maintainable, and scalable code according to the game design documentation, adhering to the programming standards set.

• Assist in the creation and update of code and system documentation, help to peer review technical designs and code of junior programmers.

• Be the go-to person for the implementation of sophisticated content that requires heavy artist/designer/engineer collaboration.

Yêu cầu

• Have willingness to roll up your sleeves and find ways to get the job done

• Solid knowledge of unreal engine development in games, including best practices in engineering and architecture and gameplay

• Rapid prototyping experience

• 2-3 years of experience building VR or AR apps or games, especially with apple arkit

• Minimum 2 years of experience c++ and blueprints

• Excellent problem-finding and solution-finding skills

• Shipped at least 1 title utilizing unreal engine, preferably within a technology role

• A proactive and self-motivated work methodology.

• Positive, team-oriented; must have the ability to interact and collaborate with all departments and teams.

• Solid knowledge with C++/C#, Unreal Engine.

• Solid knowledge of best practices in engineering and architecture for games.

• Excellent problem-finding and solution-finding skills
