For the expansion of projects, we’re looking for one UI/UX Designers to join our team in Hanoi, near Hoan Kiem area. Ideally, you’re a multi-disciplinary creative and can bring to the table a range of different abilities. Primarily, we’re looking for someone who loves designing exceptional user experiences and has the skills to see a project through from start to finish, from an initial style scape right through to responsive mock-ups.

As a member of our team, you’ll work closely with a variety of people across the desk, from Project Managers, Developers, and other members of the UX/UI team, both Vietnamese and Foreigner, to create compelling solutions for our clients’ challenges.

Responsibilities

1. Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers

2. Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows, and sitemaps

3. Design graphics user interfaces elements, like menus, tabs, and widgets

4. Build page navigation buttons and search fields

5. Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look like

6. Create original graphic designs (e.g. images, sketches, and tables)

7. Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders

8. Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g. responsiveness)

9. Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback

10. Adhere to style standards on fonts, colors, and images

11. Capable of designing graphic, emblem, signature, or symbol used by business, organizations, or individuals

Yêu cầu

Skills & Experiences

1. 1+ years of applied UI/UX design experience or certification or graduation in graphics-design

2. Have a solid online portfolio to showcase your design philosophy (Behance, Dribbble, Pinterest...)

3. You’ve got a wealth of knowledge with all kinds of design tools, but are an expert with wireframe tools (e.g. XD Adobe) & Up-to-date knowledge of design software like Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop

4. Good & strong English communication skills (speaking, listening, and negotiation skills in order to communicate with various colleagues/clients/stakeholders and our global team)

5. Ability to generate comprehensive UX wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes for iOS, Android, and web

6. A clear understanding of design thinking and an appreciation for user-centric design and have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, have common sense

7. Ability to work well on an ego-free, highly collaborative, and cross-functional team & comfortable with day-to-day design critique culture

8. Mastering prototyping tool such as Figma or Protopie or knowledge in HTML/CSS is an advantage
