To execute the learning solution through collaboration with the Trainer, Respective Managers, and the Business HR, including post learning phase, follow up, assessment and review.
Design Learning Programs that meet Business needs and achieve strategic objectives.
To coordinate and execute post training assessment and impact mapping
Ensure implementation of Learning Programs under prescribed Guidelines.
Continuously monitor Training to detect quality deviations and apply remedial measures (if needed).
To coordinate the logistics of learning solutions delivery, eg. Booking of training room| working with Administration to ensure availability of accessories for program delivery.
Identify Trainers, mentor them, and guide them in expanding/deepening skillsets.
To coordinate with Business Managers and respective Business Partner HR to ensure right participation and utilization of the available learning opportunities.
Lead continuous refresh of Learning Assets.
Incorporate best practices, tailor Learning Programs to meet specific needs/challenges, and drive innovations.
Represent the Team in regulatory/other audits conducted by the organization.
To maintain data, reports, and documents as per process requirements.
Support operations in learning management systems, including account provisioning and access, and user permissions
Support users who have software-related questions or issues in the learning management system
Willing to travel and work onsite in other provinces (Thai Nguyen, Hung Yen, etc.)
5 (or more) years relevant experience in the Information Technology and Skilling (Delivery / Training / Academia) industries.
Experience in creating Learning Assets.
Proficiency in at least one Information Technology platform/paradigm with a broad understanding of IT skills, platforms, tools, and standards.
Proven track record of owning and driving projects/initiatives.
Strong monitoring expertise, and analytical skills (discerning patterns and converting these to actionable insight) using metrics.
Experience working in a highly confidential environment.
Strong partnership abilities (to work with Business, Talent Development, Skill Certification Bodies, Academic Institutions, and vendors).
Academic qualifications in Engineering / Information Technology will be a plus.
