Overview

We are looking for a result-driven team leader to be responsible for monitoring and supervising a team of developers to achieve cybersecurity software solutions. You will be responsible for providing guidance, instruction, training, and leadership skills to inspire the team to perform at their optimum. You will discuss problems with our German CTO who represents customers and technology quality checkers to be goal-driven and manage the day-to-day activities of the team efficiently. We are looking for a real team leader, not just a senior developer or coder.

Educational background is not the most important for us.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Responsible for overseeing all activities within a team.

• Responsible for distributing information to team members and stakeholders.

• Responsible for keeping track of and structuring various tasks, employees, and documents.

• Responsible for determining the goals that members will work toward.

• Provide technical leadership to teammates through coaching and mentorship

• Guide team development efforts toward successful project delivery

Your Skills and Experience:

Must-have

• Profound communication skills in Vietnamese and English are very important.

• Strong communication skills with both internal team members and external business stakeholders in English and Vietnamese

• Talent for leadership, communication, and management.

• Strong initiative to find ways to improve solutions, systems, and processes

• Prior experience of at least 2 years in a technical leadership position with a minimum size of 8

• In-depth knowledge of agile process models such as Scrum (required) and Kanban

• Programming languages and software technologies in scope: Python, React, NodeJs. It’s nice if you have experience with Golang, C#.

• College or University degree in Computer Science or a related discipline or similar education

Nice to have:

• German language skills would be a plus.

• Profound experience in designing and developing enterprise-grade solutions and applications

• Knowledge and experience with developing web applications with the service-oriented framework, Micro services and Rest APIs

• Experience with debugging, performance profiling and optimization

• Already a full-stack developer is a plus

Yêu cầu

• 3 years of related experience is required. Especially in Dev, DevOps/Cloud.

• Team leading experience.

• Deep understanding of the back-end: .NET (must have), Python (recommended)

• Deep understanding of front-end and mobile: React (must have), React Native and mobile development (recommended)

• Soft skills: Team player- put team interests first. Work hard and play hard.
