The Senior Technical Consultant executes deployment plans and operational activities; provides and supports solution delivery to multiple operating systems on multiple hardware platforms.

What you’ll be doing:

• Design and support of endpoint environment solutions using Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM), Mobile Device Management (MDM), and Active Directory (AD) services

• Executes deployment plans and operational activities such as operating system upgrades, application deployment, patching, etc.

• Provides and supports solution delivery to multiple operating systems on multiple hardware platforms, including laptop, desktop, and tablet form factors

• Provides significant troubleshooting skills and experience in order to provide solutions to complex problems

• Aids in coordination between multiple environment solutions

• Provides task automation via multiple scripting or programming languages

• Cultivates and maintains critical relationships between local and remote teams in support of delivered solutions

• Provide forecasting capabilities to identify future capacity or technical limitations

• Ensures that delivered solutions align to applicable policies, standards, and regulations

Yêu cầu

What you'll need:

5+ years experience in medium-to-large enterprise environments in at least 2 of the following:

• SCCM, MDM, and / or AD services

• Operating System delivery

• Application packaging and delivery

• PowerShell / Visual Basic scripting

• Experience working with distributed teams
