As a CRM Technical Consultant at Tek Experts, you’ll deliver professional technical consulting and support for Dynamics CRM implementation. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize demands. Combining deep functional knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions with exceptional interpersonal skills, you’ll ensure complete customer satisfaction throughout pre-sales, project implementation, and post-sales activities.

• Lead presales technical/functional support activities to prospective clients and customers

• Work directly with clients to understand their business strategy, program requirements, and processes

• Develop and deliver outstanding presentations and demonstrations, providing direction and specialist knowledge in applying the technology/application to client business

• Deploy post sales activities for customers

• Scoping the client solution to enable accurate estimation of effort

Yêu cầu

• A minimum of 4 years’ experience with Dynamics CRM or major CRM Solutions

• Industry expertise of strategic sectors

• Outstanding documentation, interpersonal and communication skills

• Experience in developing creative and client-pleasing solutions to complex business problems

• Exceptional ability and experience in preparation of proposals, responses, and contracts

• Demonstrable Program level Solution Architect experience

• Excellent working knowledge of Solution and Integration Design

• Relevant Microsoft certifications
