• Participate in the work of Production Support Team.

• Operate/Manage System Internal Tools.

• Monitor, report system abnormalities (including overtime).

• 24/7 support to handle system related problems.

• Participate in building/integrating systems on AWS platform for web and mobile products.

• Operate and monitor the system to ensure continuous operation.

• Participate in researching solutions to optimize system and operating costs.

• Perform routine system checks, maintenance and backups.

• Perform periodic system performance tests.

• Develop operating, deploying, and evaluating system documents.

• Perform other tasks as required by Line manager.

Yêu cầu

Technical Skills

• At least 1-2 years working experience in system operation.

• Have good knowledge about Networking: Routing, ACL, NAT, ...

• Experience working with Amazon Web Service.

• Experience working with monitoring systems: Nagios, Grafana, ELK, CloudWatch, AWS OpenSearch.

• Experience in operating Database: MySQL, MariaDB, DynamoDB.

• Experience in operating Linux systems: CentOS, Ubuntu, Amazon Linux.

• Experience in webserver administration: Nginx, AWS ELB, Queued Message.

• Experience in operating Containers: ECS, EKS, Docker Compose is a plus.

• Experience in system automation: CI / CD, Cloud Formation, Gitlab-CI, ... is a plus.

• Ability to program Bash Shell, Python is an advantage.

Soft Skills

• Ability to self-research, logical thinking.

• Teamwork skill.

• Good communication skill.

• Ability to read and understand English documents well.

• Catch the problem fast.
