Mô tả

The System Project Leader act as a sub project leader in the development of an OEM project. The activities where the System Project Leader is involved are defined within below mentioned processes, divided into R(esponsible), A(pprover), S(upport), I(nformed) and C(onsultant).

The main activities of the System Project Leader (SYS-PL) are:

• Development and implementation of defined technical content acc. to project targets

• Risk management within discipline scope and support of PjM

• Project planning and tracking within discipline scope, cross-functional aligned between the disciplines

• Evaluation and planning of technical requirements and estimation of effort within project scope

• Consulting of OEM on technical discussions within project scope

• Support of PjM in the management of technical issues within project scope

• Preparation of releases within the project scope (e.g. Level x, QGCx)

Discipline specific task:

• SYS-PL drives the regular cross-functional alignment with other xx-P's within the project

Responsibilities

• Implementation of the technical requirements in the project acc. to specification, plan, defined processes and regulations within discipline

Rights

• Take design and implementation decisions to fulfill the technical requirements in the project within the defined boundaries

• Accept / reject technical requirements in the customer project

Yêu cầu

• Experience in development within the discipline (SYS, MECH, E/E-HW or SW) (~2 years)

• Project management capability and experience

• Leadership experience in cross functional teams

• Customer focused product development - user and customer experience knowledge

• Moderation capability/ negotiation capability

• BES: knowledge in product engineering processes, methods & toolboxes (e.g. focus matrix, DRBFM)
