As a Full-stack Engineer, you will join an experienced Agile team and reach your full potential by developing innovative products with cutting-edge cloud and micro-services technologies.

YOUR JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Collaborate with other NAB's technology leaders towards improving and fulfilling the NAB technical direction;

2. Evangelize and promote JavaScript - Node.js & React.js best practices;

3. Be passionate about JavaScript - Node.js & React.js, stay relevant and understand how to implement advancement for existing or new systems;

4. Lead and conduct training to empower engineers to achieve a greater level of programming skill;

5. Design, develop, review, implement, and manage Node.js & React.js application code and services for the production and pre-release environments;

6. Design, develop, review, implement and manage continuous integration, build management and deployment scripts, systems, and any code as required;

7. Participate in Agile software development, prototyping, and code review with international development teams to build scalable microservices-based products;

8. Understand the requirements of the customer or business and utilize this knowledge to develop applications that are consistent with this;

9. Work with delivery teams to achieve success through development using CI/CD and DevOps practices, processes and tooling;

10. Provide robust coding practices and solid unit and component test coverage, and code debugging.

Yêu cầu

Must-have:

1. At least 3 years' experience working in Software Development:

• Solid experience in JavaScript, ES6/TypeScript, an expert in both or either Node.js or React.js;

• Solid experience in using Node.js and React.js unit testing (Jest, Jasmine, Mocha, etc.) and integration test frameworks

• Expert in foundational web development (HTML5/CSS3) including accessibility concerns.

2. Solid experience in designing & developing RESTful APIs and microservices-based system;

3. Solid experience in modern front-end build tools (e.g. Git, Webpack, NPM);

4. Experience in Cloud computing and Amazon Web Services - particularly Serverless Development in Containers (ECS, Kubernetes, Docker) and FaaS (AWS Lambda) technologies.

5. Experience DevOps and Continuous Delivery skillset in modern CI/CD pipelines and tools (e.g. Git, Ansible, Jenkins, Gulp, NPM, Gradle).

6. Solid experience in Agile development environments;

7. Well-versed in writing structured, well-documented, maintainable, and clean code;

8. Excellent in problem-solving and analytical skills;

9. Experience in leading and coaching at least one software engineering team on various projects;

10. Strong understanding of standard Software Engineering processes, Testing, and Agile methodology;

11. Strong English communication skills (both verbal & written), especially in the global software development environment.

Nice-to-have:

1. Experience in the Banking or Financial Services industry;

2. Wide-ranging knowledge of various technologies (programming languages, frameworks, software architectures,..);

3. Experience with developing Java Micro-services in SpringBoot;

4. Any additional certification or training in IT, Business, Computer Science or related area.
