ABOUT THE JOB

• We're a start-up located in Silicon Valley, US who leads a realtime data activation team that enables businesses to sense and respond instantly to customer needs by turning realtime data into instant action.

• This is an excellent opportunity to join a seasoned team that is working on the latest technology stack serving premium global customers. As a Software Engineer, you will play an active part in designing back-end components and services for new feature developments of the platform.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design and build APIs from scratch using a contract-first approach.

• Extend our existing Go services using RESTful paradigms and Postgre for persistence.

• Write scalable, secure, maintainable code that powers our platform.

• Develop creative solutions and algorithms to complex problems and take an active part in code reviews.

• Actively work on our AWS cloud infrastructure.

• Collaborate with the product team and own the execution of key technical strategies.

• Design and implement the next stage of our cloud-based back-end architecture.

• Propose and implement new technologies to enrich our architecture.

• Deliver the architecture in production on cloud computing platforms.

Yêu cầu

• B.S. or M.S. in Computer Science or related field.

• 5+ years of software development experience.

• Proficiency in modern web paradigms like RESTful, Swagger and Golang.

• Experience with relational and NoSQL databases such as PostgreSQL.

• Experience in cloud computing platforms like AWS, Google Cloud and Docker (NATS and Nomad a plus).

• A creative mind to apply the above technology in cutting edge and innovative ways.

• A strong preference for problem-solving.

• Fun and energy to an innovative team in a fast-paced environment.
