We are searching for a senior technical recruiter who will be devoted to finding the best engineers for our development team. You will network with potential candidates to promote our employer brand, help hire and retain skilled employees for our IT positions. Your main responsibilities will be on Hiring & Onboarding. Besides, you would support various activities within the HR Team such as Engagement & Communication, HR Operations when needed.

Your responsibility includes:

Hiring & Onboarding:

· Proposed and Implement recruiting plan and recruiting strategy

· Collaborate with Business Managers to design job descriptions

· Executed full selection procedures, including screen CV, call interview, assessments, schedule interview, in-person interviews and offers

· Be active and creative in sourcing on various channels like LinkedIn, professional/social media forums, agencies, career fairs (etc…)

· Develop and maintain Candidate Database.

· Analyst and Implement weekly/monthly Recruitment report

· Facilitate New Employee onboarding process to ensure they feel welcome, ready, and help them integrate successfully.

· Participate in Employer Branding activities to enhance company’s presence in the market and attract more talents on various channels.

· Participate in Employee Engagement events.

HR Operation

· Assist to HR Manager in building HR Operation Activities

· Provide support to employees in various HR related topics.

· Provide support in the development and implementation of HR policies & processes, HR Data Management.

· Provide support in managing office facilities, procurement for HR Team, and other administration tasks where needed.

· Provide support in ad-hoc tasks where needed.

Yêu cầu


· Minimally 5 years’ experience in corporate/in-house and/or search firms technical recruiting experience including sourcing and full life cycle recruiting.

· Proven track record with closing Technical roles (including but not limited to Software Engineers, Product Managers, UI/UX, Frontend Developers, Solutions Architects etc) in Vietnam.

· Ability to deliver results with little supervision in a start-up environment with capacity to effectively manage multiple requests and candidates simultaneously

· Genuine curiosity and strong desire to continuously learn and grow.

· Demonstrated client-service orientation, with a clear, approachable, and friendly communication style with a positive customer service and solutions-focused attitude.

· Technical curiosity and interest in evolving trends in recruiting products and services.

· Experience of working within a tech startup and hyper growth environment

· Strong written and verbal communication skills
