We are seeking for Senior Talent Acquisition both in HCM city to help strengthen our recruitment team for our business growth plan. The candidate will take lead of recruitment team with the following responsibilities:
- Talent Acquisition:
• Manage full recruitment process from the starting to closing as well as talent operation documents.
• Generate and maintain candidates databases from various sources to fill any hiring demand shortly.
• Proactive contact and build good relationship with highly sought candidates.
• Take action to improve recruitment quality to meet short and long term resources needs.
• In-charge of preparing & welcoming new-hire onboard and relevant new-hire's document.
- Employer branding:
• Promote company brand to attract the candidates through social network, job seeking portal and other channels to meet hiring demand.
- Ad-hoc report and others task assigned by Line Manager.
• 3+ years of hiring experience as an internal and/or external recruiter, IT(Software) hiring experience is a must.
• Good good knowledge of IT labor market and wide network of IT professionals
• Possess self-confidence and high ambition to achieve the target
• Ability to independently work to source candidates and deliver result as per promise.
• High energy, enthusiasm and ambition in recruitment
• Dedicated, high responsibility, good attitude, effective communication
• Good English skills, can work under high pressure.
