Mô tả

We are currently looking for a Scrum Master who:

• Will be responsible for organizing daily stand-up meetings, retrospectives, sprint and release planning, demos and other Scrum-related meetings;

• Facilitating discussion, decision making, and conflict resolution;

• Working with Product owners to develop and prioritize the development roadmap;

• Adapting project plans, schedules, and resource assignments as required to respond to emerging requirements and risks.

Yêu cầu

• At least 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master in the software development industry;

• The ability to communicate fluently in English;

• Strong knowledge of Scrum methodology, processes, and practices;

• Expertise in Atlassian based Project Management tools-JIRA;

• The ability to lead discussions related to product/application/modules/team;

• Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, CSP, PSM II) is an advantage;

• Strong communication, collaboration, leadership, conflict resolution and time management skills.
