We are looking for a Senior Manager of Content Strategy to form the Content Strategy team at VNDIRECT. Your key focus area will be leading our cross-team initiative to build and refresh VNDIRECT's cohesive content design strategy and content guidelines, working with teams of designers, researchers, engineers, and product managers to create a system and home for the guidelines that we use to build VNDIRECT digital products for our users.

You'll establish efficient and effective working practices between the teams that contribute to our content ecosystems, and amplify the effectiveness of this complex, cross-disciplinary program. Your secondary focus will be to design processes for managing content requests, reviews, and iteration, implement full audits of existing copy, craft engaging onboarding flows, develop A/B value propositions, and mentor new writers who come onboard.

You’ll be working closely with product managers and engineers to identify what aspects of releases need to be communicated to our customers and evaluate the best ways to do so. As a successful candidate, you will have a love for words and effective communication skills. You will demonstrate a passion for creating a better customer experience and a desire to test theories, as well as a drive to establish a structure with style guides, glossaries, and processes.


  • Build, evolve and scale editorial processes, standards, and tools

  • Maintain and develop content style guides, and glossaries and be an advocate for best content practices on the product team and marketing team

  • Ability to build out brand voice and tone guides following our brand book

  • Write clear, creative UX content that focuses on educating our customers and promoting better feature usage across all RingCentral products

  • Collaborate with UX director and managers, developers, marketing, product marketing, and other stakeholders across the company

  • Conduct extensive product research based on usability sessions, and support tickets, to figure out what our customers need more clarification on

  • Build a content ecosystem map to visualize our content reality to strengthen consistent content formats and languages across the company

  • Build product launching plan (process, roadmap, timeline) for our new digital products/features

Yêu cầu


  • At least 7+ years of experience in the writing field

  • Proven, senior-level content strategy development, and UX writing skills, ideally at a consumer tech company

  • 3 years of experience managing or leading a UX writing team

  • Proficiency in writing in both Vietnamese and English

  • Experience with content guidelines/writing style guides

  • Enthusiastic about details

  • Demonstrated ability to document and share processes

  • Proven cross-functional skills and experience in stakeholder management

  • Proficiency in design, research tools: Figma, Adobe XD, Whimsical, Miro, Maze…

  • Comfortable in an ambiguous work environment.
