• Ensure Scrum is understood and enacted by ensuring that the Scrum team adheres to Scrum theory, practices, and rules

• Help those outside the Scrum Team understand which of their interactions with the Scrum Team are helpful and which aren’t

• Help everyone change these interactions to maximize the value created by the Scrum Team

• Facilitate the Scrum process

• Create an environment conducive to team self-organization

• Capture empirical data to adjust forecasts

• Enforce time-boxes

• Keep Scrum artifacts visible

• Promote improved engineering practices

• Serve as the keeper of the scrum process, “holding space” for the team

• Provide facilitation for team meetings during the sprint can mean leading them yourself, recruiting an outside facilitator, or helping the team facilitate their

• Protect the team from outside distractions, serving as a buffer between the team and external stakeholders

• Remove impediments for the team, so they can get on with the work

• Coach the product owner, the team, and individual team members, in scrum practices

• Help the team master the use of scrum artifacts, like the task board, the sprint backlog, and burn charts

Yêu cầu

• Bachelor degree in Computer Science or Information System

• At least 2 years of working experience as a Scrum Master or Project Manager in a software

• development environment that was diligently applying Scrum principles, practices, and theory

• First level Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM I)

• Obtaining IT knowledge-base

• Good understanding of project management models PMBOK, CMMI

• Strong knowledge of Scrum theory, rules, and practices

• Strong knowledge of Agile methodology

• Knowledgeable of scaling Scrum

• Good English skill to be able to communicate directly with customers

• Strong communication, interpersonal, mentoring, and servant leadership skills

• Ability to demonstrate sound conflict resolution negotiation and problem-solving skills
