The Supervisor Recruiting (Talent Acquisition Lead (TAL)) plays dual roles:
As a leader, TAL shares effort to managing all recruitment activities as well as developing the strategy on recruitment plans to meet demands of business timely.
TAL shares effort to hire candidates as a talent acquisition. TAL is responsible for full cycle recruitment: sources, selects and hires top talent for DXC Vietnam.
• Reports to HR Head
• Working closely with hiring managers to serve demand fulfillment timely
1/ Strategy Planning and Development: Establishes, develops and implements hiring plan which is catered from Hiring Managers / Heads. Provides innovative insight and ideas for filling complex and hard to fill positions.
2/ Sourcing Channels: Implements progressive sourcing strategies including networking, social media, professional associations and organizations to provide access to top tier applicants. Defines recruitment channels: internal (Referral Program) as well as external (job boards, headhunters, recruitment agencies, social webs, etc). Supports to build DXC brand name as a preferred employer of choice for students: career days, job fairs, internship, scholarship, office tours and discovers new channels to continuously enrich resources pipeline.
3/ Process Management: Manages recruiting policies and processes for meeting requirements of recruitment properly. Initiates on design, updates and/or changes procedures, templates or forms to catch up recruitment circumstances once business changes. Effectively manages the use of the Recruitment Tracking System & hiring process.
5/ Recruitment: Manages full life-cycle of recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing and negotiating offers of employment for candidates whose job levels at level 4 and above as well as urgent demand assigned from Management team and providing back-up support if need. Consults Hiring Heads / Managers on recruitment issues for case by case and plays as a solution provider for further offers / hiring if need.
6/ Team Management: Manages and develops Recruitment team as well as trains/coaches new recruiters. Sets KPIs and conducts Performance Appraisal for recruiters periodically.
7/ Recruitment Budget and Expenses: Monitors and reports recruitment budget and expenses: job board/job search expenses, university expenses…
8/ Relationship Management: Builds strong relationships with Hiring Managers to understand and meet the hiring needs of their respective Business Units.
Having at least 8 years of experience in recruiting especially in IT industry
Strong leadership, good interpersonal skill
A well service oriented is needed on this position
Good communication both in English and Vietnamese
Be a can-do attitude, flexible, creative, confident, dynamic, willing to work under high pressure, able to prioritize workload with good time management
Strong on making decision and initiatives on every action are expected
Compliance hiring process and results orientation are requested
Interview skill, negotiation and conflict management skills, excellent-service mindset. Willing to learn and take initiatives are needed
Proficiency with MS-Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
