• Work in the Japanese customer project

• Control schedule and monitor team

• Manage projects’ scope and timeline

• Work closely with Leader and BrSE to clarify requirements and expects.

• Daily manage offshore team activities including daily meetings, planning meetings, issue resolve meeting

• Define project productivity, follow up and tracking this metrics

• Report for upper PM in detail

Yêu cầu

• 3+ years of experience in software project management with required quality, cost and delivery of planned deliverables.

• Background in Software development.

• Good Logic thinking, problem solving, conflict-resolution

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Demonstrate leadership of software engineering projects.

• Understand and utilize of Software Management Method and Project Plan tools

• Can communicate by Japanese at working level is a plus (Japanese level: N3)
