• Coordinate internal resources and vendors for the flawless execution of projects.

• Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan.

• Estimate manpower, and cost of goods based on the scope of projects.

• Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed.

• Measure project performance to minimize project risks.

• Evaluate the performance of employees to arrange positions or review performance (by managing KPI strictly).

• Be responsible for the results of projects and report periodically to the PMO and Headquarters in Korea.

• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Yêu cầu

• Bachelor's Degree or higher in the appropriate field of study.

• Have experience in project management in any field.

• Strong leadership skills, self-management, and team-management skills.

• Proven ability to solve problems creatively.

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
