This is a great opportunity to work within an international environment as a part of a global project- and portfolio management service team with high global visibility along our company. The primary focus of this role is to support the Project Management organization to ensure an accurate set up of our global project portfolio as well as to provide guidance for our global project management along our SAP ERP and -PPM landscape.

YOUR TASKS

• The creation and correct set up of our projects as well as its master data and budget in SAP PS and SAP PPM

• To act as sparring partner, service provider and problem solver for the global project- and program management in case of upcoming issues along our project portfolio in SAP PPM

• Data analysis / monitoring, the investigation on inconsistencies / deviations and the guarantee of data accuracy

• Design and creation of project reporting and KPIs

• To support the design / rework of related processes to enhance and standardize necessary procedures and workflows

Yêu cầu

• University / College degree in economics

• 1-2 years of experience in SAP PS, SAP PPM or similar ERP or PPM software

• Fluent in English (mandatory, reading, writing, speaking)

• Good communication skills

• Ability to apply logical thinking

• Confident and able to represent defined standards

• Self-reliance and ability to work in an international team

• Good knowledge in MS office (esp. Excel)

• The person we are looking for is an organized person and can demonstrate the ability to function independently in a broad dynamic framework, with strict deadlines and is able to interact with different stakeholder groups/levels
