• Handling user product support cases (not including IT support) through Service Desk, by:

• Staying up-to-date on company products and how they work in order to best help users with their questions;

• Taking feedback from users and relaying information about recurring issues with system to Product Owner;

• Effectively manage customer communications and request tickets with clients to collect information or verify their situation as 1st level support. In case the escalation needs to involve many teams into a meeting or a call, you are the one will host it;

• Ensure every single request, incidents are handled or routed to relevant team within the SLA;

• Actively update & report issues/bugs to Product Owner to fix issues/bugs timely;

• Organizing and file documentation pertaining to instructional guides for system usage, ensure user fully understand system;

Yêu cầu

• Bachelor’s degree in computer programming, computer science, or a related field;

• Analysis and troubleshooting skills;

• ITIL knowledge is plus;

• Work effectively with colleagues or by your own;

• Researching and collecting information skills;

• Experience from a position working cross-organizational;

• Problem Solving, Analytic and Process Thinking;
