The Product Partnerships Lead for Platform will help shape product development and product adoption for OneHousing Platform through partnerships across the real estate / housing ecosystem. You will (and love to) work cross-functionally with product owners, technology, data, marketing and other functions to drive product adoption with partners, optimize user experience for real estate partners, and unlock new capabilities. As a leader, you will be responsible for developing and managing a team that is equally driven to deliver exceptional results for OneHousing and for partners.

Responsibilities

• Act as the main point-of-contact for partners that work with Platform in OneHousing, and represent the voice of partners and help them drive strategic growth.

• Create and execute partner strategy and partnership implementation roadmap for OneHousing Platform to expand capabilities, drive product adoption and optimize user experience, based on partner and product priorities.

• Collaborate with internal and external cross-functional stakeholders, including Product Owners, Technology, Marketing, Data, etc. to identify growth opportunities, and to inform, influence, support, and execute product development decisions with partners.

• Maintain direct and active relationships with partners, including proactively resolving business, product and technical issues.

• Set goals, track and measure partnership success at implementation for relevant platforms, and ensure alignment with broader business and product teams.

• As business and relationships evolve, build and coach a team of Partner Experience Advocates / Partner Managers that is equally driven to deliver exceptional results for 1Housing and for partners, and develop account management best practices and tools to drive your team efficiency.

• Be the advocate for partners within OneHousing’s platforms to maximize growth and ensure sustainable long-term partner commitment and success.

• Bachelor degree is required. MBA or Masters is a plus but not required

• 4-6 years of experience in technology companies or start-up ventures, with 2+ years of experience with products, partnerships, business development or technical sales

• Experience and understanding of digital ecosystems – experience in ecosystem partnership management is a plus

Interest and knowledge in the real estate, housing and financial services industry is preferred

• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and mindset

• Proven leadership experience in agile organization

• Entrepreneurial with strong business acumen, and a proven track record of building and leading partnerships, engaging at all levels and translating business problems/initiatives into partnerships

• Strong communication skills with ability to communicate complex messages and trade-offs, and tell a compelling story

• Strong leadership skills and ability to influence a diverse group of stakeholders

• Strong problem solver with ability to get results quickly and a desire to achieve better outcomes

• Experienced in building and coaching a team
