What you will be responsible for:
Define and align the product roadmap with cross-functional teams that maps to the corporate’s strategy.
Engage with merchants to develop an in-depth understanding of their needs, problems, and usage scenarios.
Work with development, testing, and customer experience teams to design and deliver features in line with the product roadmap.
Work with marketing and business development team to ensure a successful launch of new products or new releases of existing solutions.
Utilize data insights, market and customer research to continually improve products.
Yêu cầu
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
At least 1-3 years experience in Product Management for merchants’ integration.
Must have experience in software development, product design, or customer experience.
Familiar with and/or have passion for consumers technologies and able to identify suitable technologies to solve specific merchants’ problems.
Have empathy for a broad range of merchants and the ability to translate merchants’ needs into product requirements and specifications.
Have a good understanding of merchants’ business and the ability to advise them on integration solutions to meet both sides’ business requests.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills both in English and Vietnamese.
The position is based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam with a requirement for occasional travel.
