GEM Corporation is looking for a PR & Internal Communication Executive that can provide support to the generation of planned/ reactive content for PR & Internal Communications workstreams. The successful candidate would also work with a variety of internal/ external stakeholders and assist the management of the company’s communications with external and internal stakeholders, including the media.

Public Relations (External communications)

• Work closely with marketing team to plan PR campaigns and strategies

• Supporting the development of blog posts, PR articles, press releases, newsletters, social media copy and other thought leadership content

• Developing and managing key digital channels, including website and social media channels

• Work closely with marketing teammates and other departments to create effective communications strategies that articulate our service’s core benefits properly and consistently

• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and customer challenges in order to build a more effective editorial calendar

• Support event organization, including but not limited to Webinars, Online/offline Exhibitions, Sponsor events

Internal Communications

• Work with internal stakeholders to plan and create internal communications content for a variety of events (e.g., onboarding new member, birthday parties, monthly talk shows, team building activities)

• Use the email and identified social media channels to support communications with internal staff audience

• Conduct periodic surveys to leverage audience feedback into future content generation and event organization

Yêu cầu

• Bachelor’s in marketing, communications, journalism, or related discipline

• 1-2 years of experience in a similar position

• Excellent command of spoken and written English

• Outstanding communications and project management abilities

• Ability to balance multiple tasks for several projects at the same time

• Editorial mindset that seeks to understand what audiences consume and how to create it

• Detail-oriented, proactive, and innovative
