WHAT YOU WILL DO

Employee Experience:

Employee experience is the result of all the interactions an employee has within the company. This role focuses on creating a great working environment and in turn, to drive productivity, improve service quality, innovate, aid retention, and create a great employer brand to attract new talent.

• Designing employee experience frameworks

• Measuring, assessing and coordinating the employee engagement improvement programs with all functional managers

• Coordinating with the Communications Team in designing approaches which provide an employee voice

• Reviewing management practices and their impact on the employee experience

• Creating proactive approaches to well-being in the organization in order to drive physical and mental well-being

• Reviewing and enhancing the employer brand

• Building a culture of trust, empowerment

• Assessing the impact of practices and policies on the overall employee experience.

Employer Branding:

• Defining and promoting the Employer Value Proposition

• Promoting employer profile on job boards and professional networks

• Improving employer response time and ratings on online channels

• Promoting employer presence at external events and to external people

• Promoting the employee referral program

Culture:

• Champion and role model the culture and values. Monitor value and culture alignment and implement strategies to strengthen it

• Collaborating with the L&D Dept to strengthen culture of learning and training

• Collaborating with the Communications Dept in planning, managing and organizing all internal & external events including team building and out-of-work activities

HOW YOU COLLABORATE WITH THE COMMUNICATION TEAM

• People Engagement Manager: accountable for strategies, frameworks, plans, implementation

• Communication Team: support with ideas, content, design, event organisation, communications

Yêu cầu

WHAT YOU SHOULD HAVE

• At least 2 years of experience in a similar position

• Excellent interpersonal skills as your primary focus are interacting with employees and organizational management.

• Be able to foster trust with employees.

• Strong analytical abilities in order to accurately assess employees' needs, evaluate feedback and translate those into actionable recommendations to improve an organization's work environment.

• Resilient and comfortable taking ownership.

• Experience in facilitating and influencing decision-making.
