The Global Partner Delivery team is looking for a world-class Partner Enablement Program Manager to shape and deliver modern, high-impact enablement programs at scale. This role will help define our enablement strategy and innovate on how we train, skill, and certify our global community of Partners. In this role, you will enable our partner network with delivering partner training, documents, project management, and resources to successfully implement and support Skedulo’s solutions and services (note: sales/marketing enablement is a separate role within Skedulo).

The Partner Enablement Program Manager is a high visibility role. You will work globally and cross-functionally to strengthen the end-to-end enablement experience, inclusive of program design and delivery to drive awareness and adoption through internal and external channels. The role requires a unique combination of skills including channel strategy, communications, relationship management, enablement, data analytics as well as program design and management and will work closely with our sales/marketing go-to-market partner enablement teams. As the Partner Enablement Manager, you will manage existing programs while helping transform partner enablement to meet the growing needs of our audience.

  • Work with subject matter experts and partners to develop a comprehensive network of resources, training materials, and tools that increase our partners’ ability to implement and support Skedulo’s solutions successfully for our customers.

  • Build a library of resources in a learning management system (LMS) and other delivery platforms that provide a comprehensive network of resources to support required knowledge and onboarding of partners.

  • Maintain a resource library of standard operating procedures (SOPs) and artifacts to support partners as it relates to continued learning/development plans, best practices, and methodology updates.

  • Actively participate in internal product enablement initiatives, to enable all partner roles to perform at their highest potential by understanding how to use our products and the value proposition for our customers.

  • Provide full program coordination/project management, roadmaps, and timely updates on key partner enablement initiatives.

  • Collect key data points to measure and report on individual partner performance based upon key metrics (KPIs) to ensure a high standard of implementation/integration quality from our top partners.

  • Ensure partners understand and are aligned to collecting and providing the necessary data points that allow us to measure the effectiveness of partner integrations/implementations.

  • Evolve established partner programs to accelerate competency attainment for key priority solution areas.

  • In collaboration with peers, define and deliver learning journeys that provide the knowledge, tools and resources for partners across the customer lifecycle, by persona for each solution offering.

  • Collaborate with Learning Platforms and Educational Services teams on the design, development, and ongoing enhancements to the partner enablement programs.

  • Monitor, manage, and report on key channel program initiatives and metrics.

  • Provide ongoing program governance through process enhancements, and consistent evaluation and compliance reviews.

  • Manage the development, delivery, and follow up of key program improvement areas derived from internal and external feedback mechanisms.

  • Gather requirements and program manage digital transformation projects (e.g., Partner Portal) related to partner enablement.

Minimum requirements

  • Must have strong program management and technical skills with proficiency in multiple technical areas such as CRM, data analytics, cloud-based/SaaS solution offerings, data integration processes and at least 3 years experience with learning and development, learning strategy, or instructional design

  • Must have at least 3 years experience working with partners

  • Must have excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills

  • Must have strong presentation and training skills/experience

Preferred skills

  • Proven ability to lead the development of a full training cycle (assess needs, identify learning outcomes and success criteria, plan, develop, coordinate, assess, and evaluate)

  • Proven project and program management experience

  • Excellent organizational, time management, analytical, and problem-solving skills

  • Excellent attention to detail and follow-through

  • Ability to work under deadlines and specific time frames

  • Ability to adapt to a constantly changing environment, reprioritizing work as situations change and needs arise

  • Proven ability to learn new products, develop functional knowledge, distinctly explain technological and business concepts, and apply new skills in a high paced environment

  • Experience with demoing solutions, guiding partner towards core product options and gathering information about their business processes for possible customization where core product features aren’t available

  • Enjoys problem solving while learning, developing and applying new skills

  • Experience using FSM and DWM software

  • Hands-on experience in training development

  • Experience with CRM (Salesforce), WordPress, customer success, professional services, training, and/or database software

  • Prior experience working with offshore and distributed development teams

  • Possess a strong teamwork ethic

Additional requirements

  • This position may require up to 10% travel from time to time as set forth by the Company post-Covid and return to work planning
