  • Serve as our employees' first point of contact for technical assistance and provide promptly in-depth technical support.

  • Mentor and coach our employees on how to best use approved software and hardware.

  • Manage, install, and maintain all IT equipment, network equipment, and other technological devices.

  • Manage, configure, and maintain network systems such as LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, firewall, camera, NAS, local backup...

  • Install, configure, upgrade, patch, and troubleshoot hardware, software, and operating system (including Windows, macOS, Android, iOS, and iPadOS).

  • Administer software systems such as Microsoft 365, Office 365, Azure AD, SharePoint...

  • Participate in the purchasing, procurement, or rental of hardwares and software.

  • Place service calls to third-party hardware and software vendors; monitor and track the call until it is resolved.

  • Responsible for issuing and revoking necessary software license and hardware for employees.

  • Respond to off hours support in case of emergency and working flexible hours as needed.

  • Directly collaborating with the Security Team on security-related initiatives, projects, maintenance, and monitoring.

  • Other duties as assigned.

Yêu cầu

  • BA in in information technology

  • 1+ year of experience as an IT Helpdesk engineer or equivalent.

  • Strong experience with Microsoft Windows, Office 365, PC, Laptop, PC/Laptop parts

  • Hands-on experience with managing IT infrastructure (hardware, software, OS, network, storage, virtual & remote assets, wireless & wired access).

  • Hands-on administration experience with Windows Server, NAS, firewall, network router, projector, audio, video, and conference systems, CCTV system...

  • Understanding of TCP/IP, IP addressing and LAN Technology including switching and routing fundamentals

  • Ability to conduct research, use and train other on tools, software, and technical procedures on a wide range of computing issues, as required.

  • Embrace service-oriented mindset and can-do attitude.

  • Strong sense of result-orientedness, teamwork, ownership, and accountability.

  • Detail-oriented, with a focus on accuracy, timeliness, and quality.

  • Self-motivated and continuous improvement of your IT skills.
