Reporting to the Head of Operations, the MIS Assistant Manager shall be responsible for assisting the management of information system of the
company and the real estate development timeline of projects. The Assistant Manager shall be responsible for assisting the departmental setting
productivities efficiency, project initiation, arranging and collaborate the departmental planning of the whole real estate development, helping
to digitization of timeline collection and implementation of real estate monitoring throughout all stages of the project and assisting in producing
Take part in creation and implementation for technological solutions for company digitization including using dashboard tools with consulting the business requirements from functional departments.
Assist in managing and liaising with internal IT team and /or IT vendors in the management of information system with architecture of information system and existing system & dashboard tools e.g. Power BI, Tableau etc.
Collaborate with users and ensure IT or IT vendors providing sufficient application support
Assist in the whole process for real estate development timeline management of projects including initiation and arrange planning meeting with departments for dependency, RASCI, deliverables, timeline and simulation of delay, etc.
Assist in arranging the departmental meeting for planning of the whole real estate development process
Assist in the digitization of timeline of projects including collection and implementation of tasks and process data
Arrange and take part in the re-planning coordination meetings among departments to mitigate conflict of timeline among departments and the proposal of new key milestone timelines.
Assist in identifying business requirements & specifications and lead to creation of performance benchmarking of
measurement of KPI after consulting the opinion of Departments
Take part in the working process with functional departments and responsible to ensure the processes and procedures needed for Management of Information System to be established, implemented and maintained in view of efficiency, productivities and progress and their measurement to maximize the potential of each department in our group and projects
Assist in arranging meetings to establish business unit and departmental level quality KPI & target, review and report quality performance regularly to ensure target is achieved.
Assist in preparing report of the above and understanding in local legal, planning and design submission and approval procedure orsales and marketing knowledge in relation to property development.

• External Relationship: All related Consultants, IT system vendor or consultant, and all service providers relevant to the projects
Degree holder or above of Business/ Real Estate/ Surveying/ Architecture/ Engineering and the Management of Information System or related discipline
Good knowledge of IT infrastructure, Visualization & Digitization apps & tools,8. Collaborate with departments for their input and preparing time reports, descriptive & images reports defining project progress, problems and solutions, and its implementation.
3 to 7 years of continuous working experience in the property development, business and planning. Experience in company digitization projects
Good command of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Project), Bitrix24 tasks & project, Project Dashboard tools such as Power BI/Tableau and Reporting tools.
Fluency in written and spoken English.
