Sunbytes is looking for fulltime IT Support with at least 2 years of experience. You will work in an international environment for our client in factories located in Dong Nai. As an IT Support, you are responsible for maintenance of IT-related Hardware / Infrastructure / Systems (e.g. printers, scanners, computers, servers, networks, etc)

Your responsibilities are:

• Set up of IT-related Hardware / Infrastructure / Systems

• Monitor and ensure services & systems are available and performing normally to support business operations

• Provide support (IT hardware-related) to external vendors in terms of implementing procured IT solutions

Yêu cầu

• Degree in Computing, Engineering or similar field

• At least 2 years of experience in IT Hardware/Infrastructure/System or IT related

• Has documentation skills and problem solving skills

• Good team player, not afraid to provide feedback to colleagues

• Flexible mindset

• High level of discipline

Furthermore, as you will be working in an international organization, your English needs to be at an intermediate level.
