Hardware and Software Operational Support

• Set up computers and peripherals for staff.

• Take responsibility for the maintenance, support, and documentation of the hardware peripherals, PCs, Laptops, Door access control, and Printers…

• Manage network hardware including routers, switches, access points & UPSs.

• Install/Audit Windows OS and other Software based on company IT policy and checklist for staff.

Help Desk Service

• Monitor and notify staff of information, problems, and quality of internet service providers (VNPT, VIETTEL, FPT).

• Training staff knowledge related to IT scope.

Management Tasks

• Setting up accounts for staff, ensuring that they know how to log in

• Solving password problems

• Responsibility for monitoring networks, systems, and other hardware operations.

• Manage IT assets.

Yêu cầu

As an IT Support Analyst, you will be responsible for first-level support on hardware, software, network, and other management tasks.

Must-haves

• From 1 year of experience with Windows and Mac Desktop environments

• High level of independence and ability to choose the best path towards a set goal

• Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues in IT hardware/software, Windows / macOS, networking, printing, antivirus

Nice-to-haves

• Microsoft 365 Administration

• Microsoft Azure Active Directory

• Microsoft Exchange Server

• Jira, Bitbucket Administration

• Certificate of Microsoft is a plus
