I. Job Purpose:
To support IT Controller in discharging his/ her duties and responsibilities on the IT Services functions
Leading the IT technical support team to provide excellent customer services and resolve the IT technical issues.
In charge of the IT Services team, and oversees all IT services activities in the department on the daily basis.
Interacts with internal users of all levels to help resolve IT-related issues and provide advices / solutions in a timely manner.
Follow up with internal customers to identify areas of improvement
Builds and maintains good relationship with IT service providers and manages the hardware and software products support and maintenance.
Provide timely services level analysis to top management base on systematic tools or programs.
II. Job accountabilities:
Manage the technical, admin and services team and evaluate performance
Act as the main IT contact person for any escalation of user service support issues and provide consultative advices to all level of users
Set specific customer service standards
Contribute to improve customer support by actively responding to queries and handling complaints
Monitor and evaluate current system problems in business process and the retail POS system.
Managing and overseeing the IT Infrastructure: SAP System, VPN, Domain Controller, Backup System…
Provide IT service to all departments in the Corporate
Supporting members in IT department to solve user problems.
Monitoring working schedule of IT members in department.
Coordinate with group IT to implement and manage IT projects.
Ensure all procedures related to Information & Communication Technology and data security/integrity is being followed.
Budget planning, prepare the yearly budget for IT operations.

Work location: No.8 Phan Van Truong, Dich Vong ward, Cau Giay, Hanoi
Degree/Diploma in IT / Computer System / IT Technology
Minimum 5 years relevant working experience, Help Desk experience is an advantage
Be familiar with Cisco, VMWare, Microsoft, Backup technologies.
Having a rich hand-on experience in management of IT Infrastructure (medium/big scale) and deployment of IT Projects.
Knowledge about retail business process is an advantage
Good spoken and written English skills are essential
Excellent interpersonal skills, resourceful with positive working attitude
Able to work independently and possess a high level of responsibility and commitment
Able to work proactively and under pressure.
