• Handle incident ticket, support customer via Service Management Tool.

• Time : working hour base on company policy + OT on public holiday with OT allowance.

• Ensure team KPI

• Frequently communicate with customer via email, phone call

• Analyze and understand customer issue

• Check calculation logic and log (Groovy Script)

• Cooperate with other group (3rd level, SAP,...), identify root cause and solution

• Attend handover session, study, apply and update document continuously.

Yêu cầu

• Experienced with Java 8+ language (not mandatory, will be trained)

• Strong background knowledge of Accounting, OOP, Data Structures and Algorithms

• Knowledge and experienced with Groovy Script (not mandatory, will be trained)

• Have experience working with web application development/support (inside or outside school)

• Have experience working with a source version control (Git, SVN...) is a plus

• Have experience working with SAP is a plus

• Good English communication skills, customer centricity mindset
