• Tele-support via Phone, Email and Remote access at level 2/3 for clients.

• Design and Deploy Security firewalls for clients. Favorite vendors are Palo Alto network, Cisco ASA, Checkpoint

• Experienced with advanced firewall technologies like IPS, Anti-Spyware, URL Filtering, and DoS Protection.

• For Routing and Switching technologies, work on vendors like Cisco, Huawei, and HP.

• Design and Deploy WAN technology like types of VPN, BGP. Familiar with VPN configuration in Cisco ASA, Palo Alto, Fortinet and many other firewall vendors

• Experiencing at NAC/WAF environment, deploys/maintained

• Managing daily requests about firewall and network changes via Change Requests on Service Now system follow ITIL process.

• Ability to deliver high Level design network infrastructure for client in active-standby datacenter mode.

• Response to Incident/Request and provide solution as 2nd tier support

• Control, Manage and Create Change Request that align with INDG policy

• Manage, create, and modify security policy for Firewall, Proxy and Anti-Virus to ensure customer environment and Information is protected & secure

• Identify abnormal activity and report violations to IT Manager

Yêu cầu

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Network Administration, Computer Network, Information Technology, or a related technical field

• Have 2+ year of experience as a Network Admin

• Have CCNA/CCNP/MCSA/ or equivalent certificates is a big plus

• Good English communication
