JOB PURPOSE:

To work as part of a team to assist staff in using all forms of IT equipment/tools in the office and assist in the running and development of the IT services/infra/system

  • KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  1. User management:
  • Serve as the first point of contact for users seeking technical assistance over the phone, email or directly, escalate to the IT Team Lead if can't assist

  • Creation of new user accounts, include DMS System, SharePoint sites. Unlock user accounts

  • Diagnosing user faults e.g logon issues, etc.

  • Training and handover corporate assets

  • Update service requests into service desk system.

  • Update IT asset data: hand over, transfer, return, disposal, return, labeling... correctly into IT asset management list.

  1. Hardware:
  • Configuration and installation of new/replacement PC, and peripheral hardware, including printers, projectors, scanners, video conference. etc

  • Working with vendor directly to get warranty support for broken device

  • Provisioning working laptop/equipment and de-provisioning them, put in stock when user exit

  • Provide Audio Visual equipment support for events, both internal and external

  • Access information on the CCTV system as required and produce copies for management team. Ensure all CCTV equipment is operating correctly and report any faults to the IT Team Lead

  • Management and maintenance of the corporate assets

  • Installation and support of new networking hardware e.g switches, wireless access points

  • Network fault diagnosis

  • Liaise with external support suppliers to resolve issues as required

  1. Software:
  • Deployment of operating system and relevant software as per required

  • Support of installed applications assisting in diagnosing software faults

  • Manage & update corporate systems

  • Perform patch/upgrade testing as required

  • Ensure security of IT infrastructure maintenance/monitoring of antivirus, patching and network monitoring

  • Write and maintain support documentation

  1. Other paper works support base on adhoc and request from supervisor

Yêu cầu

  • Final year students from University/College with a major in: information technology, telecommunication, computer science or equivalent

  • Experience with desktop, laptop, Windows OS, printing services

  • Good technical knowledge about computer hardware, mobile devices, software, Microsoft Office and other PC applications.

  • Fulltime 6 months
