Responsible for Company Standard PC/Desktop/Servers/Workstation and Printers/LAN/WAN/Wireless/VOIP, management & maintenance of information systems (including hardware and software).
Supporting end-users
Managing and maintaining office equipment including but not limited to: PC Laptop, printers, photocopier, fax, and analog telephones, VoIP devices
Installing and configuring computer hardware, OS (Windows and MAC) and new applications
Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
Troubleshooting system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware/software faults
After office hours on-duty support for IT Department (ad-hoc basis subject to business requirements)
Performing related duties as assigned
Maintaining compliance with all company policies and procedures.
Yêu cầu
Requirements
Bachelors’ degree or equivalent in Computer Science / Computer Engineering
1 to 2-year experience in IT department or meets equivalent skill requirements primary experience in helpdesk
Knows LAN WAN routing and switching at a high level
Have experience working with network devices such as switches, IP phone, laptops, PCs, access point radio
Have CCNA is advantage
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Adaptable, meticulous, innovative and self-motivated with good problem solving skills in a dynamic environment
