Have final responsibility of your team quality, delivery and profit (GM is CEO of the division)
2. Business management & development of own team
Define your team vision and objective according to company strategy, with Line Manager.
Make an annual team business plan & strategy
Propose team with structure and role to achieve the business
Conduct , track and review the team business plan
3. Customer and stakeholder communication
Strong Customer engagement and communication skills
Capacity to work with people at all levels in an organization and with people from many cultural backgrounds
Continuous communication with customer side stakeholders to build mutual trust
Learn and understand deeply customer’s business & technical strategy
Negotiate the next phase contract & resource planning (work, price)
Efforts to expand own team’s business and get more new projects
4. In-company communication
Responsible for people development strategies such as Coaching, Skill assessment, Evaluation, etc
Coach and support your members via daily communication
Report your team matters to Line Manager or other upper management case by case
Communication and coordination with other teams in company
5. Support Project Management
A strategic thinker with the ability to lead by example demonstrating an ability to deliver set tasks, objectives, and strategic priorities
Excellent planning and time management skills.
Monitor & Mentor overall projects’ situation and manage project risks by gemba-walk etc
Handle critical issues like incident if happened
Project resources arrangement and optimization
Monthly project resource tracking and update statement of work if any.
6. People & Team management
Leading people management by demonstrating empathetic leadership skills
Monitor team motivation , mood and encourage teamwork with each SM
Develop team education plan and people development plan with HR
Recruitment activities with HR
Employee evaluation activities with HR
University degree and above in IT, Computer Mathematics or related subjects
Minimum 6 years IT software development experience with at least 3 years in the role of Team Lead.
Experience identifying, analyzing and managing project risks on complex projects, defining project management standards and auditing projects for compliance.
Experience using and mentoring on the use of MS Project.
Good presentation, written and verbal communication skills.
Knowledge on the operation of securities trading business is an advantage.
Fluence in English and Vietnamese is a must
