• Define configuration specifications and business analysis requirements closely with Business Team

• Compose business requirement document according to business requirement, coordinate with development team to enhance the systems

• Help design, document and maintain business and system processes

• Perform quality assurance and follow up UAT period

• Execute the statistic reports to support control the project progress

• Own and develop relationship with Business Department/partners/providers, work with them to optimize and enhance our integration

• Communicate key insights and findings to product/business team

• Constantly be on the lookout for ways to improve monitoring, discover issues and deliver better value to our customer

• Identify and implement KPIs and project milestones

• Other tasks as assigned by Line Manager

Yêu cầu

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology

• At least 3-5 years of experience in IT Business Analysis

• Have experience in Life Insurance, Finance, Bank domain is preferred

• Good at business scope management

• Strong in problem solving, analytical and quantitative skills

• Good ability to effectively communicate with both the business and technology

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written are required

• Have knowledge in Power Point, Visio, Wire framing (pencil), Flow chart, data model, business process diagram, PLSQL language

• Good at English

• Responsible, proactive, can work independently or in a team
