Job Description

Primary Responsibilities

• Review invention reports & consult inventors

• Draft patent specifications

• Work with IP law firm to file and response office actions.

• Plan and conduct IP trainings for associates (will be trained when joining)

• Working in HCM

Additional Responsibilities

• Collaborate with engineering department to look for and consult to generate inventions

• Administrate local IP management system

• Support innovation activities

Qualifications

Requirements

• At least 2-year experience working as patent executive or patent drafting

• Electronics/IT background and familiar with drafting electronics/SW patents

• Willing to work on a variety of projects simultaneously

• Ability to work both independently and supporting others

• Age < 35 years old

Bonus points for:

• Experience in a corporate IP role

• Experience or qualifications in technology or science, especially in artificial intelligence, software

• Familiar with engineering drawing tools

• English communication skills
