• Manage, develop and ongoing improve information security system documentation (management manual, procedures, and work instructions, etc.) according to the relevant certification standard (ISO 9001, ISO 27001).

• Document check, report, and planning for information security system.

• Assess internal audits, co-ordinate with third parties to carry out in-site audit or remote audit.

• Schedule management review and correct non-conformities resulting from internal and external audit.

• Cooperation with IT system administrator to monitor and respond to security systems, firewall system functions and data systems...

• Cooperation with third parties whenever necessary to resolve information security issues.

• Implement and support the information security management of the Company.

Yêu cầu

Required skills & knowledge

• Well knowledge and experience in ISO9001 and ISO27001.

• Proficient written and spoken English and Vietnamese.

• Team player, good communication skills.

• Ability to work self-directedly, in close coordination with your team.

• Flexibility, versatility, and a focus on documentation. Additional skills & knowledge

• Knowledge of system administration, network security, network administration.

• Interest in current security risks and protocols (Windows 10 Pro, MS365 & Network, System, Database, Firewall, Windows Server…).

• Knowledge or experience in TISAX is a plus Personality Flexible, well-organized, self-motivated, able to work to strict deadlines

Good communication skills in English and Vietnamese
