Keep employers informed at all times and provide answers to any questions regarding Recruitery. Helping collaboration between employers and recruiters/headhunters to achieve placements.
Work with employers to understand their recruiting demand.
Responsible for customer satisfaction
Build sustainable relationships of trust with employers and recruiters/headhunters through open and interactive communication.
Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution
Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file legal documents
Go the extra mile to engage customers during the use of Recruitery platform
Remind employers of updating interview results and consult them to help attract more referrals
Receive and resolve inquiries from recruiters/headhunters
Support candidates referred from Recruitery during the interview process until the end of their probation
Support in screening and assessing candidates’ capacity (especially for IT candidates).
• 3+ years of professional experience, of which at least 2 should be in customer-support at a Recruitment company or Recruiter role at a fast-growing tech startup company
• Good communication skills and ability to communicate effectively with clients via phone, email, and in-person
• Good communication in English
• Born between 1998-1994
• Only Vietnamese
