In charge of tasks related to the labor union and social insurance, as well as dependents registration.
Manage, arrange, and re-rearrange all documents related to the accounting department.
Contact Labor union/social insurance departments if any issues need to clarification.
Complete and submit the monthly, quarterly, and yearly labor union/statistic reports.
Take responsibility for all monthly tax declarations such as VAT, PIT, FCT.
Manage monthly/quarterly closing activities, cross check all Communication documents if there are any events (internal/external) and prepare a debit note accordingly.
Ensure all accounting transactions are recorded and performed correctly and on time.
Confirm transactions are made accurately and entered in the accounting system.
Validate and reconcile inventory and fixed asset accounts.
Liaise with the HR department to collect data concerning registration to the SIHI department to inform of any increase/decrease in employee numbers.
Ensure weekly bank reports are generated and reconciled with bank statements.
Validate all expenses before recording in the accounting system.
Record all transactions in the accounting system to ensure the oversight of monthly close by reviewing journal entries, reconciliation, and variance explanations.
Check and count petty cash monthly.
Check and overview AR, AP, LE, TB, BS, P&L monthly.
Take charge of the consolidation report monthly
Prepare all year-end financial statements.
Complete all other tasks/requirements as stipulated by Finance Manager.
Bachelor degree in accounting is required
At least 3 years relevant experience in software development companies is preferable
Must possess a minimum of 6 years of experience in general accounting, Chief Accountant certificate is a plus.
Strong understanding of how to complete monthly tax declarations such as VAT, PIT, FCT
Experience of VAT refunds is a plus.
Cautious, punctual, reliable.
Expert in the computer ledger system
Advanced knowledge of excel.
Able to function in a team and possess strong problem-solving skill.
Strong financial accounting experience and public accounting experience preferred.
Excellent communication and presentation skills is required.
Proficiency in MS office, accounting software – Smart pro
Pro-active, flexible, with the ability to handle pressure.
English fluency in both speaking and writing.
