Expectations:

1. Total Years of experience: 5-6 years

2. Technical experience: 3-4 years in the Banking Industry (at least the last 2 years in Production Support in Banking domain)

3. Technical skills: Full Stack JAVA Developer (Java,Jsp,JS etc), J2EE, Oracle database, Unix / Linux, Weblogic

4. Good English Language communications skills – both spoken and Written

Production Support Technical and Functional skills:

1. Strong Technical Skills in Full Stack Java, Oracle ,Weblogic and Unix commands

2. Ability to Understand the various functional concepts of Core banking solutions (Core,Lending)

3. Ability to Monitor the system performance using various reports (Eg.AWR) and inform to the necessary stakeholders

4. Able to Understand and work in the Vietnam Market Specific concepts eg.Local Payment System (CITAD)

5. Ability to find the root cause of the issue by debugging /analysing and coordinate with onsite/offshore team for solution

6. Ability to Support Late night for EOD /EOM and EOY processes

7. Proactive health Check monitoring of the System (Daily System Checks , Server , DB, Space etc)

8. Understand the Local regulation in the banking standard, circular and guidance from Central Bank

Other Required Skills:

1. Good analytical, Decision making skills along with Customer Handling Experience

2. Prior experience in handling Maintenance Support projects in SLA driven culture

3. Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle Process, Support tracking tools and necessary documentation process

4. Good English Language communications skills both Written and Spoken to Coordinate between the Bank and onsite-offshore team for smooth support

KRA :

1. The Primary KRA will be smooth BAU within the SLA

2. Good Customer Feedback on Support
