Director- Management Reporting, COE will play a key role in leading, managing and overseeing all activities related to MIS Function in collaboration with other stakeholders in the assigned projects by the Head of COE. The job holder will be responsible for effectively driving the process of data collation, data review and publishing Project Management Dashboards on a timely basis, analyzing the data in the MIS, identifying critical issues/ areas of concerns and supporting management/ HODs in identifying solutions and facilitating interdepartmental coordination.


  1. Setting up systems related to Management Reporting:

Drive activities related to setting up of system related to management reporting for all projects in the Portfolio and all functions including following activities-

• Set-Up reporting Indicators critical for project performance in coordination with relevant departments: Design, Project Development, Procurement, Public Relations, Central HSE, Central QA/QC, etc.

• Establish reporting system: Dashboards, access controls, reporting frequency, responsibility (maker, checker, approver controls) in consultation with HODs and BOD

• Define and agree on the methodology and system for data collection for each indicator with respective stakeholders

• Define agree and set-up a process and associated timelines for collecting data from different departments, populating the data for system input, review of data and publishing the dashboards

  1. Leads the Management Reporting function of COE:

• Ensure reports are published on time to all related stakeholders

• Ensure collaboration between other functions of COE and other departments for reporting

• Ensure accuracy of data reported and Dashboards are timely published

• Ensure Dashboards are analyzed to bring out action points and areas of concerns to be reported to management and HODs. Ensure critical analysis and finding from Management Report is being highlighted to BOD and relevant HODs for action

• Ensure conflicts and data related inconsistencies are resolved before publishing dashboards in coordination with relevant departments

  1. Interdepartmental Co-ordination and Issue Resolution:

• Support management in identifying corrective actions for issues

• Participating in the project meetings conducted at BOD and HOD Level to identify critical issues affecting project performance

• Ensuring timely follow-up and resolution of critical issues impacting project performance

  1. Establish and implement processes:

• Ensure processes and systems are established in line with management requirements

• Ensure processes and systems are implemented and followed by all in the team members

• Ensure the implementation of data and management reporting and digitalization in place with collaboration with relevant departments

• Support Head of COE in planning for technology initiatives related to project program management and work with IT team for implementation as and when required

  1. Team Development:

• Guide the team in every phase of the project to ensure the delivery meets the set timelines

• Monitor performance of team members and provide constant guidance and constructive feedback

• Set clear team goals

• Delegate tasks and set deadlines

• Oversee day-to-day operation

• Motivate team members

• Discover training needs and provide coaching

• Ensure databases are maintained and lessons learnt are captured appropriately and timely

  1. Other tasks, activities as per company’s requirements

Yêu cầu

• Excellent understanding and experience of Real Estate Project Management for different scale (large and medium) and types (residential, commercial, malls, etc.) of projects

• Excellent understanding of the value chain and operations of real estate developer

• Analytical mindset

• Experience with visualization and reporting tools (Power BI/ SAP BI/ Tableau/ Etc.)

• Advance technical capability of real estate/construction data analytics


• Bachelor degree and above preferred Engineer/ Architect/Business Administration

• PMP Certification would be an added advantage


• Strong knowledge about Real Estate project management

• Fair knowledge of BI client tools such as Power BI, Tableau and ERP platforms

• Strong Data Analytics Mindset


• About 10 years in Project Management or Business Analytics for Real Estate Industry

• The candidate should be familiar with the management of the entire Real Estate project from project initiation till handover
