› Define and execute strategic plan for DevOps team.

› Take the lead of DevOps Expertise center to develop and follow the training plan and skills development.

› Be part and take the lead on some DevOps projects.

› Communicate and report operations status. Follow-up the issues happened and actions to be done.

› Manage work plan for DevOps staffs; assign work activities, projects, and programs; supervise, review and evaluate work products, methods, and procedures.

› Collaborate and support engineering to the project teams

› Identify problematic areas and implement strategic solution to improve the operations.

› Responsible to build team according to the growth required.

› Help develop career of your team members.

Yêu cầu

› University degree in Computer Science or equivalent.

› At least 8 years of relevant experience.

› Experience with DevOps and Agile engineering practices.

› Experience with CI/CD, Continuous Monitoring, Containerization, Infrastructure as Code tools

› Experience with one of the leading cloud platforms.

› Eager to learn.

› Excellent communications. Service oriented mindset, strong team spirit.

› Organizational skills and ability to coordinate a small team.

› Ability to work comfortably in a fast changing environment on interesting technical challenges.

› Good knowledge of OS (Linux, Windows, etc.)

› Knowledge in AWS system operations, AWS Certification is a plus.

› Be familiar with some of the tools we use (Jira, Confluence, Terraform, Ansible, Elasticsearch).

› Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
