• Accountable for the delivery success of all projects within an account

Delivery Manager is accountable for the delivery success of all projects:

• Accept accountability for planning, executing, and tracking the projects

• Understand the business needs and the fundamental solution and architecture and communicate to teams

• Report and communicate with transparency to clients

• Manage team resources

• Care and feeding of soft skills for improved performance

• Coach, mentor, and motivate team members to accept full accountability for their assigned work

Yêu cầu

• Minimum 3 years of proven experience as Delivery manager, leading team (with the team size of 15-30 FTEs) for end-to-end software development and delivery

• Minimum 5 years of working experience in IT project management

• Familiar with software development life cycle both waterfall and agile methodology

• Familiar in banking and financial services industry both business and technology aspect

• Good communication skills for effective cross-team communication.
