Mô tả

• Monitor of transaction channels and quality for each specific project;

• Participate in solving problems encountered during the project implementation process of Department;

• Statistics encountered problems of each project (processes, regulations, systems ..);

• Report problems encountered during the monitoring period affecting the project’s OKR or seek advice from the Customer Experience (CX) department;

• Update new information from the CX department according to each project.

Yêu cầu

• Bachelor degree in related field preferably

• Minimum 2 years of experience or more in equivalent positions

• Participated in small / large projects of the department

• Ability to analyze database is an advantage

• Good communication skills, problem-solving skills and analytical skills
