Monitor of transaction channels and quality for each specific project;
Participate in solving problems encountered during the project implementation process of Department;
Statistics encountered problems of each project (processes, regulations, systems ..);
Report problems encountered during the monitoring period affecting the project’s OKR or seek advice from the Customer Experience (CX) department;
Update new information from the CX department according to each project.
Yêu cầu
Bachelor degree in related field preferably
Minimum 2 years of experience or more in equivalent positions
Participated in small / large projects of the department
Ability to analyze database is an advantage
Good communication skills, problem-solving skills and analytical skills
