The CRM Lead is a key member of the organization responsible for operation, maintain, enhance and build the CRM system to provide right solution to align with business operation, business strategy and make business growing.
Function: Business operation support
Work with customer service, marketing and operations team to maintain a customer-focused attitude with a focus on activities that create lifetime customers
Responsible for development, execution, and continuous refinement of multi-channel Consumer Relations and the development of programs, roadmaps, and Consumer Relation strategies.
Focus on the loyalty and retention marketing strategies.
Have a clear understanding of how to leverage consumer behavioral, lifestyle, transactional, and demographic data in order to deliver relevant marketing programs through multiple communication channels with a vision of growing consumer loyalty and increasing their lifetime value to the business.
Fast catch up trend of Marketing, Customer trend to align with Marketing/ business to have good responsibility
Convert the data to information with business view and can visualize the data to information to help business tracking operation, forecast and support decision making
Function: CRM
Operate, maintain, enhance and build new CRM system to matching with Group and business operation
Have knowledge about MarTech and can apply MarTech to support Marketing on their operation
Understand users requirement and business requirement to provide matching the data/ report/ dashboard
Understand data and business insight vs market strength and strategy to provide the matching data/ report
Function: Management
Understand business operation and strategy to provide matching IT solution
User and business demand control
Resource/ technical control to balance with business demand

Knowledge & experience:
Have strong experience with CRM system (or one of) Siebel / Salesforce …
Retail industry experience with Retail operation, Marketing, Supply Chain, Merchandise, etc. is a plus
Have experience and concept with Omni-Channel, Multi-Channel, O2O, Ecommerce …
Have experience of data analytics, data visualization and data modeling techniques and technologies
Have combines hard skills like programming, data modeling and statistics with soft skills like communication, analytical thinking and problem-solving
