● Monitor and alert for customers’ systems. Provide proactive support to our most valued customers.

● Investigate proactively with the top monitoring technologies our customers environments, from staging to production using Kibana, Grafana, AWS, GCP, and Azure monitoring tools on every interaction.

● Learn and perform monitoring activities with the most cutting-edge technologies, such as AWS ECS, EKS, Kubernetes, Docker, RDS and Production environments.

● 24/7 Proactive monitoring and adjustments.

● Problem reporting and logging.

● Incident Response.

● Identify, categorize, and respond to the application, network, and system issues.

● Assist and communicate effectively with other departments.

Yêu cầu

● about 1 year of experience at the same position.

● Ability to work in 24/7 shifts - nights & weekends included.

● Independent and a team player.

● Ability to arrive to & from shifts independently.

● Any previous experience in the cloud platform companies – advantage.

● Good English Communication skills (able to read documents, chat & write emails).

Having the following skills is an advantage:

● Azure, AWS, and GCP certifications preferred

● Efficient and flexible and want to learn new things
