• Coordinates and executes recruitment activities under the supervision of supervisor

• Executes pre-screening and/or final phone/face-to-face interviews for designated position and supports all parties concerned with the assessment

• Maintains recruiting networks through industry contacts, association memberships, trade groups, social media, and employees

• Maintains a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need including Internship Programs, Trainee Programs, etc.

• Maintains and updates applicant and employee data within the department’s operational software systems.

• Support special projects as required

Yêu cầu

• 1-4 years work experience as a Recruiter (either an in-house recruiter or a staffing agency recruiter)

• Excellent skills in building talent pool, headhunting, interviewing candidates.

• Strong communication & negotiation skills

• Good interpersonal & teamwork skills

• English: writing and speaking skills

Plus:

• Experience in Employer Branding

• IT industry knowledge

• Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Candidate Management Systems (CMS) and recruiting software

• Bachelor in Human Resources Management or related business fields.
