- Recruitment and employer branding:
Manage approval and recruitment for vacant positions
Manage new hire communication and new hire orientation process
Labor contract preparation
Exit procedure and Labor contract termination processing
Personal files management
Probation report and renewal labor contract completion.
Support staff social activities and events.
Support employer branding initiatives
- Training Administration and Support:
Prepare external and internal training when requested
Managing all logistics, timetabling and overall training activities taking place in the office
Monitor the record training activities or program effectiveness.
Manage the update of training master file
Provide day-to-day help desk support on learning related matters for staffs and related function.
- Other admin tasks assigned by Director
Yêu cầu
• Appropriate bachelor degree qualifications
• Less than 1 years’ relevant experience
• Demonstrated experience with HR and Training policies and practices
• High professional standards for service, work quality and ethics.
• Very accurate in completing assigned tasks and demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Organization skill, effective communication skill and be a good team player and coordinator.
• Good interpersonal skill and good at building rapports with people with different levels.
