Reports to: Head of IT Department

1. Overall: Supporting Head of Department as Associate

2. IT Development (1st Priority)

2.1. Developing IT system, while supervising and managing IT vender with BIDV IT Center (e.g., Data Warehouse, Management Information System, CRM System, Regulatory Reporting, BSL Web site related tasks, etc.).

2.2. Supporting users for IT system (e.g., Core Leasing System operation/user support).

2.3. Providing help desk functionality for IT system (e.g., IT Infrastructure).

3. IT Planning Support (2nd Priority)

3.1. Supporting Head of Department for IT Planning (e.g., CRM Project, IT Infra related tasks, etc.)

3.2 Enacting, amending, abolishing company’s internal rules and regulations on IT and operation

3.3 Supervising management for IT venders

3.4 Enacting, amending, abolishing company’s internal rules and regulations on IT and operation

3.5 Budgeting, adjusting. and administering IT development and maintenance expenditure

3.6 Instructing and advising on IT related project (e.g., Core Leasing System operation/Server Renewal).

Yêu cầu

• Knowledge and technical skills: Practical IT planning, project management, risk management, development and operation knowledge and accompanying technical skills

• Preference

• Practical working experience in IT area

• Working experience with joint venture companies

• Management experience to junior member(s)
